mNAV

mNAV represents a multiple of SUI NAV, calculated as the Company's market capitalization divided by its SUI NAV as of a specified date. Market capitalization is determined as the sum of (i) the total market value of outstanding SUIG common stock (including pre-funded warrants) based on share price.

NAV is calculated as SuiH + Treasury Balance + Other NAV, where:

  • SuiH is a proxy value for the value of the SUI holdings calculated as: the live price per SUI token times the see-through number of SUI tokens held by SUIG, plus (ii) the number of tokens which have been loaned to other parties, plus the number of tokens which have been deployed into DeFi activities;
  • Treasury Balance is calculated as cash in SUIG's bank accounts plus the value of sUSDe held by SUIG plus the value of stablecoins such as USDC and USDT held by SUIG; in each case as set out in SUIG's latest quarterly or annual report filed with the SEC; and
  • Other NAV is total shareholder equity (per US GAAP) as set out in SUIG's latest quarterly or annual report filed with the SEC, minus (iii) the Company's most recently reported cash balance, all digital asset investments, all cash balances and any deferred income.

Although it includes the term "NAV," mNAV is not equivalent to traditional net asset value and should not be interpreted as such. It does not reflect the Company's intrinsic value or the extent to which market capitalization exceeds net assets in a conventional financial sense. This metric is supplemental in nature, relies on estimates and assumptions, and should not be used as a substitute for the Company's financial statements or SEC disclosures.

1.34

$143M
SUIG MARKET CAP
